These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WarpStations websites, consoles, cloud desktops, trials, paid plans, support, and related services. By using WarpStations, you agree to these terms.
If you are using WarpStations for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If a separate written agreement applies to your organization, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity by users you invite to a billing account or organization-managed account.
We may require email verification, multi-factor authentication, third-party identity provider authentication, or other security steps before allowing access to some features.
Trials
WarpStations may offer a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, the trial lasts 14 days, includes one hourly Linux desktop on Basic or Balanced with 90 GB SSD by default and up to 100 GB total configurable during trial, and does not require a payment method.
Trial features, limits, duration, and availability may change. When the trial ends, you may need to add a payment method or enter a separate agreement to keep using WarpStations. If you do not, access to paid-only features or desktops may be limited, suspended, or ended.
Billing
Paid use may be billed through Stripe or through an enterprise arrangement. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and usage-based amounts for the plans, storage, desktops, billing periods, and other paid options you select.
Prices, plan limits, and billing periods are shown on the site or in the console and may change prospectively. You are responsible for reviewing charges, usage, invoices, and billing-account membership. Failure to pay may result in suspension, deletion, or loss of access to desktops or account features.
Cloud desktops and user content
WarpStations provides hosted cloud desktop infrastructure and related tools. You retain ownership of files, code, data, and other content you place in your desktops, subject to the rights you grant us to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of important data. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, WarpStations does not promise that any desktop, file, snapshot, backup, image, or configuration will be recoverable after deletion, suspension, expiration, system failure, or account closure.
Acceptable use
You may not use WarpStations to violate laws; infringe rights; attack, scan, disrupt, or abuse networks or systems; distribute malware; send spam; mine cryptocurrency without permission; bypass security controls; overload infrastructure; scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization; or store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, or make WarpStations available as a competing service without our written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from non-open-source parts of the service except where allowed by law.
Security and access
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, desktop, SSH key, token, password, or billing account has been compromised. We may suspend or limit access where we believe it is necessary to protect users, systems, data, partners, or the service.
Third-party services
WarpStations depends on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, identity providers, email providers, analytics providers, customer relationship management tools, and payment processors. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of WarpStations at any time. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimers
WarpStations is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarpStations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to WarpStations for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or 100 US dollars if you used only a free trial.
Termination
You may stop using WarpStations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. After termination, we may delete or retain account and desktop data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and operational needs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of WarpStations after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
