Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WarpStations collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit warpstations.com, use console.warpstations.com, request a demo, contact us, start a trial, or use our cloud desktop service.

For questions about this policy, contact us at speed@warpstations.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company or team details, contact requests, demo requests, account credentials, account settings, SSH keys, desktop configuration choices, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.

If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, such as Google, Microsoft, or an organization-managed identity provider, we receive information needed to create and secure your account, such as your email address, name, and email verification status.

When you use WarpStations, we collect service information such as login activity, desktop names and settings, selected plans, storage allocations, runtime and usage events, connection metadata, billing-account membership, trial status, and operational logs needed to run, secure, debug, and bill the service.

We also collect website and marketing information, including pages viewed, referral URLs, UTM parameters, cookies, device and browser information, approximate location from IP address, and analytics events such as trial or demo button clicks.

Desktop content

WarpStations hosts cloud desktops and related storage for you. We process files, settings, and other content you place in those desktops only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, or improve the service, comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, or respond to your requests.

You are responsible for the content, code, credentials, and data you place in your desktops. Avoid storing sensitive information unless you have decided WarpStations is appropriate for that use.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate WarpStations; create and manage accounts; provision, monitor, and support desktops; process trials and billing; communicate with you; respond to requests; prevent abuse and unauthorized access; improve the service; measure marketing performance; and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, and marketing measurement. For example, we may remember referral or campaign parameters so a trial signup can be attributed to the correct source.

Our site uses Google Analytics and may include embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos, that can collect information according to those providers' own policies.

Billing and service providers

We use service providers to operate WarpStations, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, customer relationship management, support, and payment processing providers. These providers may process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, payment method references, billing status, invoices, and related billing metadata.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, business customers or billing-account administrators where applicable, legal or regulatory authorities when required, and other parties when needed to protect rights, safety, security, and service integrity.

If WarpStations is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate our business. Trial, account, billing, operational, and log data may be retained after an account is closed where necessary for these purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will be immune from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or interruption.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law, contract, security, billing, or operational needs.

You can manage some cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect login, preferences, analytics, or parts of the service.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know what personal information we collect, access or correct it, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise applicable rights, contact us at speed@warpstations.com.

Children

WarpStations is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
